Live Export

Queensland Rural is one of the major suppliers of live export cattle out of Townsville. We have also been involved in the shipment of cattle out of Mourilyan, Karumba and Weipa including delivery to Darwin via Cloncurry, subject to orders.

Saleyard

Through our relationship with Nutrien Ag Solutions ® we have access to their extensive business network which includes Grant Daniel & Long (GDL), providing us with access to Southern and Western Queensland’s major selling centres including Longreach, Blackall, Roma and Dalby. We also have access to the Gracemere, Emerald and Clermont selling centres in Central Queensland. Queensland Rural also has consistent buying orders to support their Vendors through the Saleyard system.

AuctionsPlus

We have fully accredited staff to list and market cattle on AuctionsPlus, providing you with access to a national Australian buying panel.

Private Treaty

We sell all lines of cattle in the paddock across Northern and Western Queensland and areas along the Coast.

Feedlot

We have access to a number of Feedlot Operators throughout Queensland. We receive up-to-date orders weekly and can arrange one of our team members be present to draft to feedlot specifications. We inspect and mouth all cattle for delivery to feedlots.

We also market your custom fed cattle in the feedlots, supplying forward contracts, etc.

Slaughter

Our marketing expertise and knowledge of local and international markets and trends ensures we find the best possible option for each individual line of slaughter cattle.

Auctioneers

We have licensed Auctioneer professionals who conduct auctions for the sale of your livestock & property. Machinery, goods and chattel auctions can also be conducted on request.

Cattle Tick Clearing

Queensland Rural guarantees all livestock payments.
